Practice of adoption decisions by Higher Qualifications and Disciplinary Bar Commission about bringing in of advocates to responsibility for non-payment of annual contributions raised interest in the Bar of Ukraine.

During HQDBC activity, two decisions were issued, that granted the attorney’s appeals against decisions of disciplinary chambers of regional Qualification and disciplinary commissions of the bar (QDCB).

In both cases, mistakes while disciplinary proceedings against attorneys, became the ground to rendition of the decision.
