On 15 March 2013 Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine held public meeting which traditionally was attended by journalists. Consideration of the appeals received by the Commission and adoption of relevant decisions became the key issue on the event’s agenda.

The Commission’s third meeting was the most populated with 24 members of the Commission attending. During the meeting 8 appeals were considered and 1 postponed.

Commission’s Chair, Valentyn Zagariya noted: “We are happy about the Commission’s performance. Currently, all Commission members execute responsibilities within their jurisdiction. This helps to reach main aims of our collegiate body”.
