Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine announces that Council of Advocates of Ukraine by its decision No 77 of 16 February 2013 established procedural rules of Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of the region.

Procedural rules Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission establish working procedures of local Bar Commissions in Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblasts, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol on realization of powers conferred by the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and the legal profession”, as well as the procedure of consideration questions carried to their competence, other acts which regulate activity of Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission.

Procedural rules estimate rights, liabilities, establish seals and order of powers termination of Qualification and Disciplinary chambers’ heads, their deputies, secretary of Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission, secretaries of chambers and Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission members; regulate process of solution procedure activity of Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission which is within its jurisdiction, organizing Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission meetings, procedure of their decision-making.

Procedural rules established schemes of preparation, consideration and admitting Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission decisions which belongs to its seals and other procedural issues of Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission activity.
