The Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine announces that on 16 May 2013 Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal according to the results of consideration of the appellate appeal from Volodymyr Vysotskyi on the court ruling of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv dated of 4 May 2013 in the case № 2а-16686/12/2670 based on the administrative appeal of Volodymyr Vysotskyi to the state registrar of the Pechersk District State Administration in Kyiv Olga Savenkova, third party – Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission, regarding recognition of the measures illegal, carried court ruling  which left V. Vysotsky’s appellate appeal without approval as well as remaining unchanged the ruling of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv dated of 4 March 2013.

On 19 November 2012, the state registrar of the Pechersk District State Administration in Kiev O. Savenkova conducted state registration of changes in information about the Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, contained in the Unified State Register due to the changes in the name, location and management of the said entity (new name – “Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine”, location: 7 Klovsky Descent, Letter A, Suite 6, Kyiv 01021,  and the new Chair – Valentyn M. Zagariya).

Volodymyr Vysotskyi had appealed in a legal procedure the mentioned actions of the state registrar.
