The Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission informs that on June 11, 2013, during the consideration of the administrative case of Volodymyr Vysotskyi’s court appeal to the state registrar  of the department of the state registration of legal entities and sole proprietors of the Kyiv-Svyatoshinskyi District State Administration Natalia Bryzhak, third parties: Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Kyiv district, Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission regarding recognition of illegal actions and obligation to make certain actions the representative of Volodymyr Vysotskyi declared the petition regarding recall of the court appeal.

Having considered the appeal, Kyiv District Administrative Court decided to keep the court appeal of V. Vysotskyi without consideration.

On February 11, 2013, state registrar of the department of the state registration of legal entities and sole proprietors of the Kyiv-Svyatoshinskyi District conducted state registration of changes to incorporation documents of the Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Kyiv district which was indicated in the Unified state register of the legal entities and sole proprietors (№ 1339 105 0013 003567).

Meanwhile, Mr. Vysotskyi in his court appeal indicated that the mentioned registration action of the state registrar of the department of the state registration of legal entities and sole proprietors of the Kyiv-Svyatoshinskyi District – was made with violation of the current legislation.
