On May 8, 2013, the Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine received the court ruling from Kyiv Circuit Administrative Court as of May 15, 2013 under administrative case № 826/1459/13-а.

The court ruling is addressed to the Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine with the purpose of applying for implementation sanctions regarding abatement reasons and conditions which entail breach of The Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and the legal profession” in the part concerning conducting by unauthorized persons non-legitimate meetings of Ukrainian National Bar Association on 28 November 2012 (city of Odesa), on 11 December 2012 (city of Zhytomyr), on 22 January 2013 (city of Kyiv) as well as non-legitimate unscheduled meeting of advocates of Ukraine on 9 February 2013 (city of Odesa, town of Zatoka, Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Odesa region), as well as for application of disciplinary measures to the following advocates – Gennadiy Avramenko, Andriy Fostuk, Nadiya Baranska, Volodymyr Durdynets, Oleksandr Zadniprovskyi.
