In HQDBC Secretariat, results of   participation of members of Commission in meetings for all period of existence of HQDBC, starting from November 22 up to February, 19-20, 2015 were summed up.

According to statistical information, there were 20 meetings which lasted 31 day (lately Commission conducts the two-day meetings because of plenty appeals on decisions, actions or inactivity of regional QDCB.

The table given below, formed on the basis of signatures of leaders and members of HQDBC in the lists of meetings participants of Commission, displays:

1) amount of days of sessions, during which an advocate had plenary powers of HQDBC member;

2) amount of days of sessions, which a member HQDBC was present on;

3) percent of admissions.

It is worth to remind that 53 appeals were taken to consideration during last session.

As a result HQDBC decreed 23 decisions on 26 appeals. Consideration of  27 appeals were set aside.

Thus during the first session day Commission worked at a minimum quorum of 16 members.
