On 17 May 2013, disciplinary chamber of the Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission  of Harkivskyi region made a decision in the disciplinary case involving Tetiana Podolna. The decision says that Ms. Podolna right to conduct attorney’s practice is suspended for 6 months period.

According to part 5 of the Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and the legal Profession” during the period of suspension of the right to conduct practice, attorney does not have the right to participate in lawyers’ self-government bodies.

Thus, attorney Tetiana Podolna does not have the right to participate in the activities conducted by Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Ukraine as a member elected by the lawyer’s founding conference in Odeskyi region till expiry of the term of suspension the right to conduct attorney’s practice.
