The Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission inform that on April 30, 2014 Valentyn Zagariya returned to his duties as Head of the Commission.

On April 26, 2014 Extraordinary Bar Conference of Ukraine took place in Odesa. The event’s agenda did not include the issue regarding reelection of the Commission’s Head, thus the issue was not solved due to a letter of resignation submitted by Mr. Zagariya and signed during the events in the UNBA’s premises on February 25, 2014.

Therefore on April 30, 2014 Mr. Zagariya issued a decree according to which he took up his duties as Head of the Commission and abolished decree dated February 26, 2014 regarding nomination of Oleg Beliaev as Executive Chairman Deputy Chairman.
